Shipping Policy

• Next-day delivery within the UAE — complimentary.
• 1–2 day standard delivery within the UAE — complimentary.
• International delivery within 2–3 business days — complimentary for all orders.
• Click & Collect from selected boutiques.

All orders are dispatched via insured services (primarily FedEx). Coverage applies until the package is signed for at the delivery address.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor the package status from your account.
