Jewellery Design
Number of stones and components, setting style, structure and dimensions.
Personalisation
Engraving, custom sizing, stone sourcing, design modifications and special packaging.
Regional Factors
Applicable taxes, destination, currency, delivery, duties and insurance.
The proportion of each element differs between creations — a maison piece is priced as a whole, not as a formula.
Prices That Respond to Your Selection
The price shown always reflects the exact configuration you have selected — metal, karat, diamond shape, carat, colour, clarity and size.
When you change a selection, the price updates with it. Where an exact combination has no published price, we show Quote on Request — never an approximate or fallback figure.

Bespoke pricing reflects your approved design, selected diamond, metal, dimensions, setting and certification — confirmed in writing before production begins.

Every quotation shows an exact valid-until date. An expired quotation is never silently altered — simply request an updated one.

High jewellery, one-of-one creations, rare diamond combinations and unpriced bespoke configurations are marked Price on Request.
Taxes, Duties and Currencies
Taxes
Every price states its tax treatment — “VAT included” or “VAT calculated at checkout” — and the final order summary shows the applicable tax before payment.
International Duties
International orders may attract customs duty, import VAT and clearance charges. The responsible party is stated clearly per destination during checkout — never an ambiguous “customs may apply”.
Duties & TaxesCurrencies
Prices are shown with an explicit currency code — AED 18,500, never an ambiguous symbol. Converted prices are marked “approximately”, and the actual payment currency is confirmed before you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
When Prices May Change
Before an order is confirmed, prices may change with material costs, diamond availability, currency rates, taxes or promotions.
- A confirmed, paid order price is never automatically increased
- If a cart price changes, we show the previous and new price for your review
- Only client-requested amendments change a confirmed order
Obvious Pricing Errors
Where a clear system error produces an invalid price — a missing digit, a wrong currency, a zero amount — the affected order is reviewed manually. We contact you promptly, offer the correct price or a cancellation, and refund any collected funds without delay where the order cannot be fulfilled.

Before the payment button you see one complete summary — subtotal, configuration, personalisation, discounts, shipping, tax, duties, deposit and balance — with the payment currency. No hidden accordions.
Deposits and Payment Schedules
Bespoke orders, high jewellery, made-to-order pieces and reserved diamonds may require a deposit. Before you pay, we disclose:
- Total order value, deposit amount and remaining balance
- Payment due dates and refundability
- Cancellation treatment and production start condition
Service Pricing
Repairs, resizing and aftercare may require inspection before a final price is issued. A preliminary estimate can change after technical inspection — and no additional paid work begins without your recorded approval.
Warranty-covered manufacturing matters are handled separately from paid wear-and-tear services.
