Return Policy & Warranty

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging and unworn condition. Pieces showing signs of wear, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.

Custom, bespoke, engraved and personalised pieces are excluded from returns unless they arrive defective.

1. Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt.
2. Share your order number and photographs of the piece.
3. We will arrange insured collection where required.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Any transaction or currency conversion fees incurred during the refund are borne by the customer.

Each R Rumi Diamond piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers complimentary cleaning, polishing and re-rhodium plating for the lifetime of the piece.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, normal wear, loss of stones due to impact, or repairs performed by third parties.
