Terms and Conditions – R Rumi Diamond

1. Start

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website www.rrumidiamond.co and all purchases made through it.

R Rumi Diamond makes fine jewelry out of lab-grown diamonds and precious metals. You can only buy it through their website. These Terms apply to all products and services bought from R Rumi Diamond unless they say otherwise.

You agree to follow these Terms at all times if you access, browse, register, or place an order on this website.

R Rumi Diamond can change or add to these Terms at any time and for any reason. When the new Terms are published, they will replace all previous versions.

2. What Do They Mean?

Customer: A private person who buys goods for their own use and not for business.

Contractor: Any person, business, or partnership that buys goods for business or commercial reasons.

R Rumi Diamond: The vendor.

3. Ending the Contract

All product listings are invitations to buy, not binding offers.

The pictures of the products are just examples. Screen settings, lighting, or the fact that something was made by hand can all cause differences. These kinds of differences are not defects.

The customer makes a binding purchase request by placing an order.

An automated email confirming your order lets you know that it has been received, but it does not mean that you accept it.

A contract is only made when:

• The order is clearly confirmed, or

• The product is ready to be shipped

R Rumi Diamond can refuse or cancel any order without having to do anything.

If there are mistakes in the price, the system, or the type, cancel the orders.

If a customer orders something and it becomes unavailable, they will be told right away.

We will give back any money we get.

4. Retention of Title

R Rumi Diamond still owns the products until full payment is received.

If you don't pay, lie about something, or go through bankruptcy, R Rumi Diamond can cancel the contract and take back the goods.

5. Costs and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency that applies, and they may change without warning.

Prices include any taxes that are required by law, but not customs duties or import taxes.

At checkout, you can see the shipping costs (if they apply).

R Rumi Diamond has the right to cancel orders if the prices are wrong.

6. Ways to Pay

You can pay with:

• Most major credit and debit cards

• Other ways to pay that are shown at checkout

Processing of your order won't start until payment is received.

7. Delivery and Shipping

R Rumi Diamond ships all over the world, but it has to clear customs first.

If you spend more than $1000, shipping is free.

Delivery times are only estimates, not promises.

R Rumi Diamond can't do anything about shipping delays caused by customs, couriers, force majeure, or wrong address information.

The customer is the only one who has to pay customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

If you don't pay customs fees, your order may be returned or left behind at your expense.

8. Transfer of Risk

When the delivery is confirmed, the risk goes to the customer.

Customers must check packages when they arrive and let the courier know right away if they see any damage.

After delivery confirmation, R Rumi Diamond is not responsible for any loss or damage.

9. Right to Cancel and Return

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, but you have to follow the Return Policy.

The items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging and with all the paperwork.

You can't return custom or bespoke jewelry.

You can return engraved jewelry, but it must be checked first.

Refunds are only given to the original payment method and take 7 to 14 business days to process after approval.

Shipping, customs duties, VAT, and handling fees cannot be refunded.

10. Exchanges

You can make exchanges within 180 days of getting your order.

You can make more than one exchange.

You can exchange your item for 75% to 95% of the original invoice value.

Store credit or payment for price differences, as appropriate.

11. Guarantee

A Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers all R Rumi Diamond jewelry.

The warranty only covers defects in the way it was made.

Things that are not covered by the warranty are:

• Wear and tear over time

• Damage that was not meant to happen

• Negligence or abuse

• Stone loss because of misuse (costs apply)

If a third party changes or fixes the item, the warranty is no longer valid.

You can't give the warranty to someone else.

12. Limiting Responsibility

R Rumi Diamond will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Unless the law says otherwise, liability is limited to the price of the item.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, injury, or fraud.

13. Protecting Your Privacy and Data

R Rumi Diamond handles personal data in a way that follows all data protection laws, including GDPR when it applies.

The personal data that may be collected includes:

• How to get in touch

• Information about your order and payment

• Communications with customer service

• Technical data and IP address

Data is only used for:

• Fulfilling orders

• Support for customers

• Managing warranties

• Duties in law and accounting

R Rumi Diamond does not keep any information about your cards or bank accounts.

Customers have the right to see, change, or ask for their data to be deleted, as long as the law says they have to keep it.

14. Changes

R Rumi Diamond can change these Terms at any time. When the updated terms are posted on the website, they go into effect.

Using the website again means you agree to the new Terms.

15. The Law and Jurisdiction That Applies

These Terms are governed by international commercial laws, but they do not affect any mandatory consumer protections.

R Rumi Diamond will decide which courts have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.

Last Word

In case of disagreements, R Rumi Diamond has the right to fully interpret and enforce these Terms.
