We make sure that every order at R Rumi Diamond is delivered safely, with insurance, and with full transparency. Before you place your order, please read the shipping terms below carefully.
Cost of Shipping and Delivery Schedule
You can ship anywhere in the world, but the destination country's customs must clear it first.
Orders over $1000 get free standard shipping.
If your order is less than this amount, you may have to pay a flat shipping fee that is shown at checkout.
R Rumi Diamond will not pay for shipping costs for items that are returned or exchanged unless they are clearly approved.
During checkout, you will be shown an Estimated Delivery Timeline.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Timelines are calculated based on:
- Production or preparation time
- Quality inspection
- Shipping transit time to your destination
Delivery timelines may vary between ready-to-ship items and made-to-order pieces, and are mentioned on individual product pages.
Delivery estimates are based on major cities. Additional time may be required for:
- Remote areas
- Regions with limited delivery schedules
- International customs clearance procedures
R Rumi Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Shipping by Express and Priority
Customers can choose express or priority shipping options at checkout if they are available.
Please note that these services lower processing or transit priority, but they do not guarantee a set delivery date.
Shipping costs are not refundable, even if the courier is late.
Delivery times don't start until payment is confirmed for bank transfers or delayed payment authorizations.
Delivery that is Safe and Covered by Insurance
All orders are sent through courier services that are insured and can be tracked, like DHL or a similar service.
Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number at the email address you used to sign up.
All shipments are covered by insurance until they are delivered.
Customers must be able to receive the package at the delivery address.
After delivery has been confirmed, R Rumi Diamond is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
If a shipment is sent back because the recipient isn't available, the address is wrong, or delivery attempts fail, you may have to pay for re-delivery.
Problems with Tracking and Delivery
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't get a tracking email.
If your tracking information doesn't change for a few days, get in touch with R Rumi Diamond customer service for help.
If there are problems with shipping, we will work with the courier to fix them if we can, but we can't control delays.
Packages that are Broken
Customers must check the package before they accept it.
If the package looks like it has been damaged:
- Send the delivery back right away
- Directly file a claim for damage with the courier
- Let R Rumi Diamond customer service know right away
Claims made after accepting delivery may not be honored.
Delivery Address Rules
Only real residential or business addresses can receive deliveries.
We don't accept PO Box addresses, and shipping insurance doesn't cover them.
R Rumi Diamond is not responsible for delays, lost items, or extra charges for correcting an address if the address information is wrong or missing.
For security reasons, you can't change the shipping or billing address after you place an order.
Customers must call customer service before the delivery attempt if they need to delay it.
International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the country where the package is going may charge customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.
The customer is solely responsible for all of these charges.
R Rumi Diamond does not guess, collect, refund, or control these fees.
If you don't pay customs fees, your order may be returned or abandoned, and the customer will have to pay for the costs.

- Make the final decisions in shipping-related disagreements
