At checkout, pick from our range of fast, secure, and convenient payment methods. Select the one that best suits your needs and complete your order with confidence. - 3. Collect at Your Convenience
As soon as your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From that moment, you’ll have 4 days to collect your piece from your chosen R'Rumi Diamond boutique.
Please bring a valid photo ID, the original payment confirmation, and your order confirmation (printed or digital).
If the order is not collected within the 4-day window, your purchase will be automatically refunded (excluding personalized or engraved items), and the jewellery will be returned to our atelier.
Collecting on Your Behalf
If someone will be collecting your R'Rumi Diamond order for you, they must present the following at the boutique:
- A copy of your government-issued photo ID
- Their own government-issued photo ID
- The confirmation email, signed by you with written consent authorizing them to collect the order on your behalf
Important: For security reasons, if you selected PayPal as your payment method, only you will be permitted to collect the order. We will not be able to release it to any third party.
